<p>Water—a life-sustaining element. Water—both force and danger. Held within its grand and fearsome metaphor are keys, both to physical life and spiritual transformation. Undercurrent and eddy; be challenged by the surprising quench and washing of water.</p>
<p>The exhibition includes oil paintings as well as mixed media and charcoal drawings with images that represent the movement and symbolism of water. Karen Mobley is a visual artist, poet, arts administrator and teacher.  She lives in Spokane, Washington.</p>
<p>Opening will be Friday October 5. A Friday night destination, come between 5:00 and 9:00pm. Enjoy hors d’oeuvres as only Clearstory can do. LIVE MUSIC!</p>
